Bursting at the seams with character and charm, our quintessentially English Club Lounge is so-called as its panelling lends itself perfectly to the English Gentlemen’s Club style, which saw its heyday in the Victorian era.  Don’t worry, that’s where the similarity ends as ladies are most definitely assured a warm welcome!

Superbly comfy vintage Chesterfield leather wing chairs are clustered in pairs around an open fire, creating the cosiest space imaginable.

Bring your smoking or dinner jacket (optional!) and enjoy a Scotch or two whilst warming your cockles by the roaring log fire – we can even provide you with marshmallows for toasting!

A tiny space measuring just 7ft x 7ft 6in, our newly created Bar just oozes that ‘Speakeasy’ atmosphere.

Plush sheepskins and strings of sparkling fairy lights set the mood – it’s such a special place that 15 people have been known to squeeze in here!

Situated directly next to the Club Lounge, you don’t have to walk far to get your drinks, and we are fully licensed.

As well as wine, champagne and spirits, we also stock a selection of ales, ciders and gins made locally here on Exmoor but, if you’re after something fancier, you’ll have fun working your way through our Cocktail Menu!
